Solid Gold

Made to live with you.

Our fine jewelry is crafted in solid gold, including 10K, 14K, 18K, and 24K gold, depending on the design.

Unlike plated jewelry, solid gold is gold throughout. It does not rely on a thin surface layer of gold for its color and can be worn, maintained, polished, repaired, and cared for over a lifetime.

Gold naturally develops fine scratches and subtle signs of wear over time. We don't consider this a flaw. For pieces worn often, these marks become part of the life of the jewelry.

10K Gold

Durable and practical for everyday wear, 10K gold contains a lower proportion of pure gold than our higher-karat options and has a more subtle gold tone.

Its strength makes it particularly suited to designs where durability and accessibility are priorities.

14K Gold

Our most versatile balance of durability, gold content, and color.

14K gold is well suited to everyday fine jewelry and offers the longevity of solid gold while remaining durable enough for pieces intended to be worn often.

18K Gold

With a higher pure-gold content than 14K, 18K gold has a richer, warmer color and a distinctly luxurious feel.

It is an enduring choice for fine jewelry while retaining enough alloyed metal for practical wear.

24K Gold

24K gold is pure gold.

Our demi-fine collection offers a more accessible way to experience KAUREUM through thoughtfully selected metals, finishes, and stones while maintaining the design language of the house.

Materials vary by piece and are always disclosed on the individual product listing.

Because plated and surface-finished jewelry behaves differently from solid gold, its appearance may naturally evolve with wear. Longevity depends on the material, frequency of wear, individual skin chemistry, environmental exposure, and care.

Diamonds

KAUREUM works with both natural and lab-grown diamonds.

The type used in each piece is selected according to the design and is always clearly stated on the individual product listing.

Both natural and lab-grown diamonds are diamonds: they share the same essential chemical composition and physical characteristics. Their primary difference is origin.

Natural diamonds form within the earth over immense periods of time.

Lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments using technology that recreates the conditions under which diamonds form.

We believe the choice between them is personal. Our responsibility is to tell you clearly which you're purchasing.

Gemstones

Our collections may feature precious and semi-precious gemstones selected for their beauty, symbolism, and relationship to the individual design.

Understanding Karat

Karat describes the proportion of pure gold contained in a gold alloy.

10K — 41.7% pure gold
14K — 58.5% pure gold
18K — 75% pure gold
24K — approximately 99.9% pure gold

Pure gold is naturally soft, so metals such as silver, copper, and others may be combined with gold to create alloys with different colors, hardness, and wearing characteristics.

A higher karat does not automatically mean a piece is the best choice for every purpose. The ideal material depends on the design, desired color, durability, how the piece will be worn, and the customer's preferences.

Gold Color

Our solid-gold pieces may be available in yellow, white, or rose gold, depending on the design.
