KAUREUM does not issue refunds, store credit, or exchanges for customized jewelry (ie any items with engravings or special custom orders). If there is an issue, then please message me.

Solid gold is very low maintenance and can withstand showering, sleeping and working out while wearing them! Just be mindful of those pieces with gemstones as those require different care.

Use a mild dish soap and a gentle cloth to remove any surface stains, but not for pieces with gemstones.

We also provide professional jewelry cleaning for a small fee. Please message us through the shop for details.

We offer resizing and rework for personalizing, quality and broken/damaged pieces for free within 30 days of purchase.

If it's been after 30 days, then there will be a small fee based on the extent of the repair. Please message us through the shop or to for assistance.

*our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence. Any repairs or work not done by us will also void this warranty.

In order to provide affordable fine jewelry pieces, I strive to set my markup relatively low compared to other jewelers in the market. I will do my best to work with your budget and provide the best price possible.

From time to time, my shop will be having a sale and if an item was purchased prior to a sale, this does not mean a price adjustment will be given. Promotional pricing is not guaranteed after the promotion period - it may be the same, lower or higher than the original price depending on the gold price of the day.

In order to be more eco-friendly, all standard orders will be shipped in a resusable microsuede pouch, cushioned with tissue paper and packaged in a corrugated box.

All gift-wrapped orders will be shipped in a branded jewelry box, wrapped with ribbon and adjoining card with handwritten message and packaged in a corrugated box with tissue paper.

All domestic orders are shipped with insurance via USPS.
All international orders are shipped with insurance via FedEx or DHL.
All deliveries will require a signature confirmation.

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties on receipt of the package. I'm not responsible for delays due
to customs.

For international shipments, if you should choose to refuse delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees charged to KAUREUM.

Due to the small-batch nature of our jewelry (meaning, every piece is made-to-order) and quick turnaround time, only a STORE CREDIT will be issued upon return of item(s).

Please contact us at within 3 days of delivery to begin the return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. When free shipping is offered, we reserve the right to deduct from the returned items total. All returned items require tracking and insurance. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the item be damaged due to haphazard packaging or loss en route.

Exchanges and store credit will be subject to a 10% restocking fee of the item's value and shipping fee, plus the price difference for the new item, if applicable.
