We offer resizing and rework for personalizing, quality and broken/damaged pieces for free within 30 days of purchase.

In order to offer fine jewelry at accessible pricing, I keep my markup intentionally lower than many traditional jewelers while maintaining quality craftsmanship. I always strive to provide the best value possible and will do my best to work within your budget when I can.

From time to time, select items may be offered at promotional pricing. Purchases made prior to a sale are not eligible for price adjustments. Promotional pricing is not guaranteed after the sale period and future pricing may remain the same, decrease, or increase depending on the daily market price of gold.

In order to be more eco-friendly, all standard orders will be shipped in a resusable microsuede pouch, cushioned with tissue paper and packaged in a corrugated box.

All gift-wrapped orders will be shipped in a branded jewelry box, wrapped with ribbon and adjoining card with handwritten message and packaged in a corrugated box with tissue paper.

All domestic orders are shipped with insurance via USPS or FedEx.
All international orders are shipped with insurance via UPS or DHL. All deliveries will require a signature confirmation.

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties on receipt of the package. I'm not responsible for delays due
to customs.

For international shipments, if you should choose to refuse delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees charged to KAUREUM.

Due to the small-batch nature of our jewelry (meaning, every piece is made-to-order) and quick turnaround time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NO CANCELLATIONS are accepted. Returns are granted only in cases of seller negligence. If an item is delivered defective or damaged, please email us at hello@kaureum.com within 3 business days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If free shipping was provided with your order, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping amount from your total return. All returned items must include tracking and insurance. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged due to inadequate packaging or if it is lost during transit.

We strongly recommend that you have the accurate sizes for your rings and other customized pieces prior to completing your order.
